Miles brings a dynamic background of financial planning, real estate marketing, and lending experience to the MII Mortgage Group team and he heads up a bright team of enthusiastic mortgage brokers.

During the past 10 years, Miles has been providing his advice and expertise to clients in the areas of mortgages, financial planning, investments, insurance, and retirement solutions. With his wealth of knowledge, diverse background and keen understanding of the financial and real estate markets, Miles is a key member of our growing team.

Miles is based in Regina but offers his services to clients all across Canada. He offers the flexibility of evening and weekend appointments to ensure a convenient and prompt service to his clients, whether they are first-time buyers, renewing or refinancing an existing mortgage.

Kashlee Parmiter

Kashlee works as an assistant to Miles Zimbaluk to help deliver great customer service to all our clients. Kashlee joined the Mii Mortgage Group team in the spring of 2011. She comes from a background in finance including mortgage lending. She also works as a REALTOR in Regina with Sutton Group Results Realty. Her motivated work ethic and passion for real estate make her a much respected member of the MII Mortgage Group team. She looks forward to assisting you with all your mortgage and real estate needs.

Riley Ruhr

Hi, my name is Riley Ruhr. I was born and raised in Regina, SK and currently reside in north Regina. I have taken multiple consumer lending courses and mortgage lending courses. I currently hold a certificate in business and a diploma in Financial services. My educational background has qualified me to be employed in the banking industry, but my passion is with mortgage lending to people just like you. I love to see the look on a clients face when I tell them that their mortgage has been approved.

Mark Bell

Mark has been a business owner for several years. His wealth of knowledge in the business sector includes experience in real estate investing. Mark recently joined the MII Mortgage Group team and strives to build a successful mortgage business based on his reputation in business and the basic principle of putting the clients interests first.
