During the past 9 years, Miles has been providing his advice and expertise to clients in the areas of mortgages, financial planning, investments, insurance, and retirement solutions. With his wealth of knowledge, diverse background and keen understanding of the financial and real estate markets, Miles is a key member of our growing team.
Miles is based in Regina but offers his services to clients all across Canada. He offers the flexibility of evening and weekend appointments to ensure a convenient and prompt service to his clients, whether they are first-time buyers, renewing or refinancing an existing mortgage.

Lesley works as an assistant to Miles Zimbaluk to help deliver great customer service to all our clients. Lesley joined the
Mii Mortgage Group team in the spring of 2008. She is new to the mortgage industry, but carries a wealth of knowledge in the field of customer service. Lesley has been a successful and profitable business owner for more than 12 years and prides herself on attention to quality and assurance. Her motivated work ethic and personable style make her a much respected member of the MII Mortgage Group team. She looks forward to assisting you with all your mortgage needs.
 Dale Folk
CMA, Certified Management Accountant
A Certified Management Accountant (CMA), graduate of the University of Regina and founding member of the Canadian Association of Mortgage Professionals; Dale brings more than 20 years experience in various public sector, non-profit, public practice accounting and financial services sectors to his position of Managing Partner with MII Mortgage. Dale has built his reputation on the basic principle of putting the clients interest first, while providing a full range of services to help clients meet their individual financial needs. Based as a Regina Mortgage Broker, Dale invites all existing and new clients to contact him

 Riley Ruhr

Hi, my name is Riley Ruhr. I was born and raised in Regina, SK and currently reside in north Regina. I have taken multiple consumer lending courses and mortgage lending courses. I currently hold a certificate in business and a diploma in Financial services. My educational background has qualified me to be employed in the banking industry, but my passion is with mortgage lending to people just like you. I love to see the look on a clients face when I tell them that their mortgage has been approved.

Mark has been a business owner for several years. His wealth of knowledge in the
business sector includes experience in real estate investing. Mark recently joined the MII Mortgage Group team and strives to build a successful mortgage business based on his reputation in business and the basic principle of putting the clients interests first.
 Margaret Clarke
Mortgage Broker
Margaret Clarke is a mortgage broker who helps people tailor financing to fit their unique individual situation. Margaret is a Personal Financial Planner who, if desired, will provide financial advice at the same time you discuss your mortgage needs. Prior to becoming an independant mortgage broker, Margaret spent 26 years with a major financial institution. She has experience in a variety of mortgage scenarios. Based as a Regina Mortgage Broker, Margaret invites all prior, existing and future clients to contact her today.
