Job Description
The Mandate of the Mortgage Specialist role is to develop customer relationships and acquire residential mortgages to grow your business. This position offers a unique opportunity to work from your home and grow and own your own client base. Your mortgage development initiatives will target referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence.
Compensation
This position offers an industry leading compensation package. This position is 100% commission and potential compensation of a six figure gross annual income.
Support and Training
Full training is provided immediately and on-going. You will work closely with our team of mortgage brokers to help generate business and grow your client base. You will have access to a state-of-the-art sales and database management system. Online training modules are available at all times to help advance your education.
To be Successful in this Position

Previous experience with mortgage lending, banking, or real estate-related business (preferred)

Post-secondary education (preferred)

AMP Accredited Mortgage Professional Designation (preferred)
Responsibilities in this Role Will Include

In-depth understanding of mortgage lending.

Commitment to advance education in the mortgage industry

Build relationships with new and existing clients.

Tailor the right finance solutions and provide approvals for your clients.

Writing and submissions of deals to lenders.

Collecting documentation and settlements of transactions.

Sourcing new business through marketing and referrals such as realtors and builders to grow your mortgage business.
